    A wireless smartphone can be designed to process a financial payment efficiently.A user can just swipe his/her credit/debit card over the counter and all the processing needed shall be done seamlessly.A smartphone is a popular device to carry around.It is a hassle to carry and keep track on so many physical debit/credit cards in a wallet.An electronic debit/credit card on a smartphone is a more convenient alternative.This research project will embark on an electronic debit/credit card on a smartphone and migrate to an IoT money.A novel session payment system using IoT money has been introduced to minimise debit/credit card risk.The scope of this paper is confined to the security model for an easy payment system based on Internet of Things (IoT). Previously,each IoT money is unique and used once only on one-time payment.The session payment system will ease the burden on protecting the database of the payment system. This paper will extend the use of one-time payment to a multiple session payment system using an IoT money note

    The access technology selection,that a user can associate with any radio access technology (RAT) with the availability of multiple RATs available,has been intensively investigated by vehicular Ad hoc Network (VANET).In particular it carries and distributes information,inter-communicates and is capable of communicating with other stationary units deployed along roadways.The current study proposed hybrid optimal radio access selection algorithm (ORAS) for LTE/VANETs network. The periodically broadcasted network information supports mobile users to make their selection decisions;mobiles consider their own individual preferences,cost and partial QoS information signaled by the network while making their decision.The switches algorithm between VANET and LTE based on the load value of network and quality of service requirements were proposed.The simulation results have shown that the proposed algorithm has better performance compared with LTE and VANETs separately in terms of packet delivery ratio,latency and application-level throughput

    Sentimental classification analysis of polarity multi-view textual data using data mining techniques

    The data and information available in most community environments is complex in nature. Sentimental data resources may possibly consist of textual data collected from multiple information sources with different representations and usually handled by different analytical models. These types of data resource characteristics can form multi-view polarity textual data. However, knowledge creation from this type of sentimental textual data requires considerable analytical efforts and capabilities. In particular, data mining practices can provide exceptional results in handling textual data formats. Besides, in the case of the textual data exists as multi-view or unstructured data formats, the hybrid and integrated analysis efforts of text data mining algorithms are vital to get helpful results. The objective of this research is to enhance the knowledge discovery from sentimental multi-view textual data which can be considered as unstructured data format to classify the polarity information documents in the form of two different categories or types of useful information. A proposed framework with integrated data mining algorithms has been discussed in this paper, which is achieved through the application of X-means algorithm for clustering and HotSpot algorithm of association rules. The analysis results have shown improved accuracies of classifying the sentimental multi-view textual data into two categories through the application of the proposed framework on online polarity user-reviews dataset upon a given topics

    Design And Development Of Path Planning Techniques For A Tennis Ball Retriever Robot

    During a tennis solo training,players usually train using an automatic ball launcher machine.After some time, they are required to collect all the balls scattered all around the court themselves to refill the launcher machine. This is a physically challenging procedure, which is generally loathed by keen tennis players and may cause unwelcome injuries. This study aims to design of an autonomous tennis ball retriever that will discard all the unnecessary energy and time wasting in traditional ball picking up method. This robot will sweep all the balls using a suitable path planning technique. After this, a few path planning methods such as Coverage Path Planning (CPP) U-Turn,CPP ISS,and Probabilistic Roadmap Method (PRM) were integrated into the tennis ball retriever robot for comparison. After comparison between all the experiment done,CPP U-Turn is proven the best path planning method among the three tested algorithms to be integrated into a tennis ball retriever robot

    Vehicular communication networks received good consideration and focusing on diverse researchers in the latest years. Vehicular Adhoc Networks (VANETs) represents a developed type of an effective communication technology to facilitate the process of information dissemination among vehicles. VANETs established the cornerstone to develop the Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). The great challenging task in routing the messages in VANETs is related to the different velocities of the moving vehicles on the streets in addition to their sparse distribution. Clustering approach is broadly used to report this challenge. It represents the mechanism of the alliance the vehicles based on certain metrics such as velocity, location, density, direction and lane position. This paper is to investigate and analyze several challenges and their present solutions which based on different developed clustering approaches based on the affinity propagation algorithm. This paper isaim to present a complete taxonomy on vehicles clustering and analyzing the existing submitted proposals in literature based on affinity propagation. Presenting and analyzing the submitted proposals will provide these domain researchers with a good flexibility to select or apply the suitable approach to their future application or research activities. To prepare this paper in a systematic manner, a total of 1444 articles concerning the Affinity Propagation in clustering published in the era of 2008 to 2019 were collected from the reliable publishing sources namely (ScienceDirect, IEEE Xplore, and SCOPUS). Due to their relevance, applicability, generality level and comprehensiveness, only nineteen articles among the collected articles were assigned and eventually analyzed in a systematic review method.A considerable success has been achieved in revealing the essential challenges and necessities for clustering based affinity Propagation in VANETs to guide the researchers in their upcoming investigations. This paper also contributes in dealing with open problems issues, challenges and guidelines for the upcoming investigations

    Particle swarm optimization algorithm to enhance the roughness of thin film in tin coatings

    Nowadays, lots of disciplines require optimization to determine optimal parameters to accomplish top quality services which include parameters optimization of thin film coating. Modification of sharp tool characteristics and costs are two primary matters in the procedure of Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD). The purpose of this study is to figure out the optimal parameters in PVD coating process for better thin-film roughness. Three input parameters are chosen to describe the solutions over the target data, such as Nitrogen gas pressure (N2), Turntable speed (TT), and Argon gas pressure (Ar), although the surface roughness had been chosen being a result response of the Titanium nitrite (TiN). Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) tools were applied to describe the roughness of coating layer. Within this research, a process of modelling using Response Surface Method (RSM) was applied for surface roughness of Titanium Nitrite (TiN) coating to get a best result. Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) was applied as an optimization technique for the coating process to enhance characteristics of thin film roughness. In validation process, different experimental runs of actual data were conducted. It was found that residual error (e) is less than 10, to indicate that the model can accurately predict the surface roughness. Also, PSO could reduce the value of coating roughness at reduction of ≈ 48% to get a minimum value compared to actual data
